Ontario Racing Scene (HRU): Dave Schreiber back in Rideau Carleton booth

Rideau Carleton has been on a roll since 2017 when it joined the province’s Standardbred Alliance and rehired Ottawa Sports Hall of Famer Dave Schreiber to call the races. Average handle has climbed 12 per cent and capital upgrades are in the works for this year.
