One the 11th day of Christmas, we celebrate all things fantastic that our country has produced. Canada 150 could not have been commemorated more fittingly than with a victory by Canadian-bred success story Melmich. Here he is seen winning the Dominion Day Stakes under longtime pilot Eurico Da Silva. Taking a stellar five consecutive stakes races at Woodbine in 2017, this local favourite, at age six, is showing no signs of stopping. – Mr. Will Wong
