He showed me that he was a true soul and loved doing his job. He aimed to please. Watching him run was the greatest thrill I’ve experienced. I've been working with racehorses my whole life and I've never been around such a talented equine.
Most of all, he taught me how to listen to a horse and really pay attention to his needs. I'm lucky enough to be able to see him whenever I want at Peter Berringer’s farm.
Oh yes…I also taught him tricks, like smiling for pictures.”
