Effective October 1 2022, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) is revoking Policy Directive No. 1-2009: Cancellation Fees and transferring oversight of cancellation fees to the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Click here to view their announcement
