- Jennifer Bodner has joined the ORM team as Director, Business Operations.
Jennifer has nearly two decades of private and public sector experience in business operations leadership roles with organizations across North America and Europe.
A strategic thinker and analytical by nature Jennifer prides herself on driving results through building trust and relationships with key stakeholders and using innovative and creative strategies to foster operational excellence and success.
Most recently Jennifer was a Senior Relationship Manager with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG). Jennifer spent seven years with the OLG and was intimately involved with the Long-Term Funding Agreement, and other initiatives aimed at creating a self-determining, and sustainable horse racing industry in Ontario.
Prior to her time with the OLG she spent 12 years with Polyconcept, the world's largest distributor of customized and personalized hardgoods and apparel, in senior project management and operational roles.
Jennifer’s deep understanding of the Ontario horse racing industry, and operational expertise make her an invaluable addition to the ORM team. In her new role Jennifer will be the lead contact person for business operations including OLG reports and annual plan submission.
Jennifer will work Senior Manager, HIP & Governance Sandra Snyder and Senior Manager, Finance Mostafa Timajchi and will reach out to industry stakeholders in the coming weeks.
