Best Bet - (2) WILLYORWONTHE - Race 12
Spot Play - (1) BRIEF INTERLUDE – Race 9
20-cent Early Pick 4 – Race 4 – 1,3,8/2,6,8/1,8/1,4,8 - $10.80
20-cent Late Pick 4 – Race 8 – 1,3/1/1,7,8/2,3,6 - $3.60
20-cent Pick 5 – Race 1 - 1,4,5/1,3/2,8/1,3,8/2,6.8 - $21.60

Race 1 - (4) SPARKLE FARKLE looks to improve this week with some much-needed post relief after about a two-week layoff.  (1) P L NELLY is one of the more consistent horses in the field this week, look for her to rebound after an uncharacteristic break last out.  (5) LADY TO WATCH puts her three race win streak on the line tonight against slightly tougher.

Race 2 - (1) RANDOMIROGEO is a versatile filly who has put together a couple of game efforts at Hanover and Flamboro.  There isn’t much speed in the race, which should allow her to use the inside draw to her advantage.  (3) THREE SMILES draws well again this week and should be near the early pace.  (5) EXPRESS WRITER didn’t race that great last out, took some time off and should bounce back here.

Race 3 - (2) COIN FLIP has been facing some stiff competition of late but his recent speed ratings tower over this field.  (8) ANDROID SEELSTER adds McNair tonight for the first time.  The second tier should allow him to get into a good striking spot early.  (3) MORNEAU gets some class relief this week and a driver change tonight to Lorne House.

Race 4 - (3) SHES IN THE MOMENT is generally quicker than most in the field tonight.  She draws well and tends to do her best work when on or near the lead.  (8) STEELY DAWN would’ve probably been my top pick had she not drawn the second tier.  She is a speedy filly who will be forced to settle back off the pace.  (1) SUNSHINE QUEEN looks to drop and pop from the rail tonight.

Race 5 - (2) HF AGENT ANDREOLI has struggled some with the draw as of late, the time off and improved post should benefit this filly.  (6) PACIFIC DELIGHT adds Colin Kelly to the bike tonight who sports a 21% win percentage.  She is a consistent filly who likes to hit the board.  (8) BETCHULOVEME didn’t race that great at Woodbine-Mohawk Park last out, look for her to improve on the smaller track.

Race 6 - (1) AETHON tried to come first up last out and couldn’t sustain that bid through the remainder of the mile.  He draws well for trainer Richard Moreau, look for him to be on the lead controlling the fractions.  (8) STORM CHASER seems to be rounding into form having hit the board in seven of twenty starts this season.  (3) QUICK NICK made a break turning for home last out and never recovered.  He has some speed, and should not be ignored: using underneath.  (5) MACH DIESEL steps up to face tougher tonight following a win at Kawartha Downs.  (7) MODERN WRITER was third in the Prospect Series final, post is slightly concerning, but look for him to make the back end of the Super Hi-5.

Race 7 - (1) INNOCENT KISS didn’t get the best of trips from post six last out at Grand River.  She faces slightly easier this week.  (8) JESSICAS LEGACY faces tougher tonight, but should improve off her last start from the second tier.  I like her versatility and she picks up McNair for the first time.  (4) PATRICKS COOKIE faces easier tonight after a tough trip at Woodbine Mohawk Park last out.

Race 8 - (3) RAISING ROYALTY raced much better than the line shows last out from post six.  He adds McNair for the first time and should continue to improve.  (1) LIAM NEEDSOME has been hit or miss as of late, look for him to rebound from the rail.  (6) CHARMBO CHROME takes a slight drop in class tonight and has the ability to make the ticket at a price.

Race 9 - (1) BRIEF INTERLUDE has won two of her last four for trainer Tyler Nostadt who is currently winning at a 35% clip.  9/2 may be a gift come post time.  (8) GOLDEN LEADER has won two straight including a win at Woodbine Mohawk Park.  She is versatile and can race from anywhere.  (7) DAN DAR MAL has shown the ability to hit the board from the outside before.  Don’t count her out.

Race 10 - (8) EXCELLENCE is still racing well even at thirteen years old.  She faces a nice group tonight and is as consistent as they come.  I like her chances from the second tier.  (1) WINKYS PRIDE has been hit or miss as of late, I think she has a chance to improve from the rail.  (7) OH MISS SOPHIE is a speedy mare who has the ability to leave even from the outside.

Race 11 – (6) KEVNDAN FRAUDSTERS has won four of his last six starts and his speed ratings are better than most in the field.  (3) MO BETTOR is a deep closer who just had too far to come at Sarnia last out.  Look for him to be coming late to make the ticket at decent odds.  (2) LARJON LESTER should improve with the addition of Lasix tonight.

Race 12 - (2) WILLYORWONTHE steps back in class for trainer Kyle Bossence as my Best Bet of the night.  He has performed well against this class before.  (5) LEFKADA looks to improve with the addition of Lasix for the first time.  She also faces easier coming in from Mohawk Park.  (1) WAIKIKI HANOVER has been racing decently since stepping up to this class.  Driver change tonight to Brett MacDonald.  (9) AVUNCULAR adds Borth back in the sulky tonight who gets along well with this gelding.  (3) IONIA goes back on Lasix this week and has hit the board in three of her last five starts.
