Race 1 - (5) SOPHIES CAM has won two of her last four starts, both at London. She is versatile so post should be no problem and driver Carroll back. (7) ALYSSA MARIE has won two of her last three and does her best work on the front end. I expect her to be on or near the lead. (1) STONEBRIDGE LOYAL didn’t get the best trip from post six last out. She draws the rail and gets a driver change to Scott Young here. Expect improvement; using underneath.
Race 2 – (7) ORIGAMI SEELSTER is one of the more consistent mares in the field and can race well from just about any post. (2) CANTSTOPTHEFEELIN returns to London where she has had success before. I expect her to be on the ticket with an inside post draw. (4) SCOTTISH MACH gets a driver change this week after putting in a couple of game efforts. Look for her to continue her success this week.
Race 3 – (2) MOONLITEBEACH went to the lead last week and never looked back. She gets MacDonald back in the bike this week and could make it two for two. (1) CHERIE AMOUR makes her first career start tonight, drawing inside and gets Shepherd in the bike. She is worth a look for the early Pick 4. (8) ANOTHERSTARISBORN is one of the more consistent horses in the field. She is a closer who will be coming late, and the second tier is the perfect spot for her.
Race 4 – (1) BURLESQUE SEELSTER has not missed the board this year after going 0 for four in 2019. She seems to have matured into a nice mare; look out for her tonight. (6) WAITIN FOR LOVE takes a drop in class and could pop against easier company. Her qualifier says she is ready. (3) WHATAREYOULOOKINAT didn’t get the best of trips last time. Throw that start out. Look for her to improve with a driver change back to MacDonald.
Race 5 – (2) ADDITUDE gets Rooney back in the bike this week, she is a versatile mare who can race from almost anywhere. (1) NEW BILLIONAIRE gets Wray back this week following a tough effort from the rail last out. She could improve against slightly easier. (7) WAR FILLY draws tough this week, but the drop in class could play to her favor.
Race 6 - (5) JACKSON K DOWN ate up a lot of ground in a hurry late last time to win as the big chalk at Flamboro now he gets aggressive teamster St Louis; call to repeat. (3) NOUDIDNT BLUE CHIP comes off a good try and he should be forwardly placed early; Exacta factor. (8) KEATON rates highly on recent form but I don't love the second-tier post for him; using underneath. (2) BET ON ART is capable of better and maybe the inside post will help here. (1) BUNKHOUSE BRAWL should leave in the top three and ride a following trip to a place in the top five.
Race 7 - (2) D GS FAIRYSTARS closed well from an impossible spot last week and she will likely get played heavily off that race, but she gets the nod here, nonetheless. (1) DIVA DALI steps up off the Fellows claim but she draws best, gets leading driver Kelly and adds Lasix. There's plenty to like here. (6) DAN DAR MAL can be closer against this group and she may get sent leaving the gate which would help her chances.
Race 8 - (5) TILIKUM has fared decently against the top mares on the grounds week in and week out and this class drop should make her very tough in here. (6) PHOOS GIRL is sure to get put into play leaving the gate and that makes her a factor here. (7) LIFELONG DREAM is quite sharp right now, but I see her closing late for a slice this time.
Race 9 - (1) SWEET CITY GIRL has been a clear winner in every start since trainer Bourgault took over four starts back and I don't see driver Henry relinquishing the early lead to main rival (2) CASIMIR SWAMP GIRL who has also been hot; slight nod to the former. (3) FAMILY FIRST gets post relief here and she is logical to round out the Tri.
Race 10 - (3) SOMEHOWSOMEDAY is first-time Bourgault here and that is good enough for me to list him on top in this field. (4) TOWNSHIP WILLY's last couple of starts aren't bad and he picks up driver Kelly here. I see upset possibilities with him. (8) TEREM A NEW ONE should be passing many of these late again; using. (5) AMAZING QUEST should be close to the front early and that puts him in the High-5 mix here. (1) SHARK OUTTA WATER should follow along the entire mile and stick for a cheque.
