Grand River Raceway will open for training beginning Friday, May 7
Grand River Raceway has announced that the racetrack will open for training beginning Friday May 7. The paddock and racetrack will be open for training every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8 am to noon. At this time, trainers do not need to sign up in advance as we do not anticipate demand will be such that it would create an unsafe environment in the paddock.

All paddock COVID-19 protocols will be in place during training hours, including the requirement to ensure all attendees wear a mask. Only trainers and essential licenced individuals will be permitted at the facility. All individuals planning to attend, must complete the COVID-19 Screening Form before arriving at Grand River Raceway. The Screening Form, along with protocols, can be found on our website under COVID Screening & Protocols.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the track and hope that everyone works together to keep our industry safe.
