Best Bet - (6) STYLE SNAPSHOT - Race 8
Spot Play -  (4) TEN FOUR WE GONE – Race 7
20-cent Early Pick 5 – Race 1 – 2,8/1,3,5/1,2,3,4,8/2,4/5,6- $24.00
20-cent Late Pick 5 – Race 6 – 1,3/4/6/1,3,4,8/2,6  – $3.20
20-cent Early Pick 4 – Race 3 – 1,2,3,4,8/2,4/5,6/1,3 - $8.00
20-cent Late Pick 4 – Race 7 – 4/6/1,3,4,8/2,6 - $1.60

Race 1 – (2) SHIFTING VIEWS gets St. Louis in the bike for the first time and this gelding needs to be aggressively driven to go forward.  He will be the speed of the race and has a big chance to be successful tonight.  (8) IRISH PRINCE gets Kelly back in the bike who hasn’t driven him since October.  He should be able to follow speed and get into a decent spot.  (5) SUNSHINE N SHADE qualified well in gearing up for his return, winning easily.

Race 2 – (3) CHILI N TOAST got a perfect trip in his last race; he gets better and better with each start.  This is a good spot.  (5) DAYLON MIDNIGHT was lightly raced as a 2-year-old as he preps for his sophomore season.  While he has been known to show speed before, digging in late has been an issue.  (1) CENTURY SEELSTER finally gets a decent draw this week and could hit the ticket at a price.

Race 3 – (4) DINNER AT THE MET was a dominant winner in prepping for his return to the races for trainer Tyler Nostadt.  He has raced well at this level before and should be right there.  (1) WILD EYED YANKEE is one of the more consistent horses in the field.  He has speed and will be close throughout the mile.  (8) WINDSONG NAPOLEON is another consistent gelding who shouldn’t be counted out from the second tier at a price.

Race 4 - (4) CURIOUS CORTEZ has won three straight and will look for four straight tonight.  His first back off the layoff was a big effort.  (2) SHADOW TAIL won four of his last six starts, the question is, how good will he be against others that have a start under their belt.  (3) SPORTS JACKET has been on my ticket for the past few weeks, St. Louis is back in the bike.

Race 5 - (6) ELLA draws tough this week for trainer Stephen Bossence.  If she stays flat, she has the ability to excel from out here.  (5) CREDITS CELEBRITY made a break in her last start and never recovered.  She draws into a slightly easier field tonight and could be dangerous from mid-pack.  (1) JAYPORT HI CLASS gets Lasix for the first time tonight, could be tough first off the layoff.

Race 6 – The war horse (1) KEATON is still racing pretty well considering his advanced age.  He draws into a good spot tonight and while he doesn’t have a lot of speed, he is a strong closer. (3) RACEBYTHESEASIDE draws inside again this week following a decent effort first off the layoff.  Gets some slight class relief tonight.  (4) MACK THE KNIFE gets some much-needed post relief this week and should provide value to the exotics.

Race 7 - (4) TEN FOUR WE GONE was my top selection last week, and while he didn’t win by much, he had to dig in to get the job done.  He gets St. Louis back in the bike tonight.  (2) ROSE RUN UNCLEBUCK just missed in his first start off the layoff last week.  He draws inside again and should be close to the pace.  (5) WYND CREEK just missed last week, she just couldn’t pass through the lane.  Look for her to be better second off the layoff.

Race 8 - (6) STYLE SNAPSHOT gets some major class relief tonight for trainer Tyler Nostadt, this might be the shortest priced winner of the night.  (1) RIDE AWAY SHARK is another class dropper who looks to improve with the addition of Lasix for the second time.  I think she will need a start, but will be close.  (3) LADY FINETUNE didn’t qualify that well at Mohawk Park in preparation for this race, think she will need a start or two to be successful.

Race 9 - (3) CAL HANOVER gets Carroll in the bike tonight who currently wins at a 10% clip. He also adds Lasix, that combined with the class drop, could make him very tough against this group. (1) ONE MAN ARMY raced very well from post six last week.  He left, took a shuffle then closed ground late.  (4) LET ME SEE gets Rooney in the bike for the first time this week, he will be on the move late.

Race 10 – (2) AVUNCULAR is a speedy gelding who was turning the corner at the right time before the lengthy layoff.  He faces slightly tougher and should be able to hold his own.  (6) POLLAR HALL didn’t get the best trip last week, I like him to complete the Amigo Hall sired exacta.  (3) GEMINI EDDIE has been struggling some with behavior issues, but clearly likes the London surface.  Should improve.  (9) OCEANVIEW DEB could benefit from the extended distance after a strong performance at Flamboro last week.  (5) ALL OUT HENRY faces easier and looks to provided value underneath.
