Best Bet - (5) RESOLUTE BAY - Race 3
Spot Play - (9) WILLYWIN – Race 7
20-Cent Pick 5 – Race 1 – 1,8/3,5,7,8/5/1,2,3/3 = $4.80
20-Cent Early Pick 4 – Race 3 – 5/1,2,3/3/1,3,9 = $1.80
20-Cent Late Pick 4 – Race 7 – 9/1,5,8/1,9/1,3,4 = $3.60

Race 1 —  (1) LADY TO WATCH gets some much-needed post relief in a class she has been successful in since returning from Mohawk Park.  (8) COUNTERCURRENCY draws tough this week but should race well against the easier company.  (2) MOONLITEBEACH has proven she can hang with this group; definitely worth a look in the exotics.

Race 2 —  (5) JACKIEOFALLTRADES returns from Mohawk Park and should improve against easier company this week.  She has speed and will most likely be near the lead early.  (7) SOMETHING ROYAL tried to close from off the pace and didn't have much luck.  She gets another outside draw but with a cleaner trip, she could make the ticket.  (8) BIG DIAMOND will return to Lasix tonight; look for her to be moving late.

Race 3 —  (5) RESOLUTE BAY has won two of his last three starts for trainer Jason McGinnis.  He is a versatile gelding; toss that line at Flamboro where he stumbled and made a break.  (3) SIR BALLYKEEL has been up and down a lot in class over the past few weeks.  He got the right trip against this group last week en route to victory; post three should suit him well.  (6) ARCH RULER was a winner at Grand River three starts back against conditioned company; he should round out the Tri.

Race 4 —  (3) WINDSUN GAGA leads a talented group of fillies into this Prospect Series Final.  The daughter of He's Watching has won four of her last five starts and has a lot of speed.  (1) ALWAYS WATCHING won two straight before a narrow defeat at the Grassroots level at Mohawk Park.  She has the rail advantage and could be dangerous.  (2) LADY KATIE B is another solid filly in this group who has been the epitome of consistency as of late; she will be a factor.

Race 5 —  (3) TIOGA SUNSHINE has won two straight since adding Henry to the bike on August 23.  The connections tried new tactics two weeks ago utilizing her early speed, which has paid dividends for them.  Look for her to be close tonight.  (1) CITY LADY draws well and has a big closing kick; she shouldn't be ignored.  (2) MOLISE is currently batting 1.000 in hitting the board for trainer Richard Zeron; expect her to be close.

Race 6 —  (3) PRETTY BOY DUKE won four straight before a battle with sickness early in the month.  This is a talented gelding who, if 100%, will be very tough to beat at short odds.  (1) P L OLIVER has done pretty well in this series thus far.  He got the perfect trip at Hanover and won easily with Jason Ryan aboard.  The draw suits him well.  The Tyler Nostadt barn has been extremely hot, so (9) BIG TEDDY can't be overlooked.  The son of Big Jim won two of his most recent starts in the Series at Dresden and Hanover.  (4) SAUBLE ATTACK is a consistent performer and could add value underneath.  (8) EDITORIAL will have his work cut out from post eight but could make things interesting.

Race 7 —  (9) WILLYWIN could spice things up, especially if the 12/1 morning line price holds.  He gets Henry back in the bike, who has done good things with this gelding before.  (1) JOHNNY PING enters the final riding a two-race win streak; he has speed and will most likely use it from the rail.  (2) RANGER ROB was fifth but disqualified in his most recent effort at Grand River in mid-August.  He seems to have improved off that effort and is a player here.

Race 8 —  (1) ANNES CREDIT gets some much-needed post relief tonight after being interfered with in her most recent start.  She has speed and should be the pacesetter early.  (8) SHEZIS A BEAUTY has won two of her last three starts. While she is the best horse in the race, post eight could be the great equalizer.  (5) SAUBLE AMBER is another filly in the field who should improve with post relief.

Race 9 —  (9) STONEBRIDGE NITRO was a six-length winner here two starts ago; the filly by Muscle Mass is rounding into form at the right time.  The second tier shouldn't be too much of a bother.  (1) RADICAL J J has hit the board in her three most recent starts.  She is a strong closer and will be moving late.  (3) THE LAST DANCE always seems to be around at the end of the mile and tonight should be no different with the kind draw.

Race 10 —  (3) MESSIAH was third here against conditioned company three starts back and won a Prospect Series leg at Clinton previously.  He has put together some strong speed figures as of late and gets some class relief.  (4) FINAL CHEESERECIPE may be overbet in this spot, entering on a two-race win streak; Exactor factor.  (1) LA PLAYA DEO has hit the board in 4 of his last 5 starts; Mackenzie gets along well with this gelding and draws into an excellent spot to make something happen.  (9) IM KING CONN gets class relief tonight after a disappointing effort in the Grassroots.  (6) SHADOWMOON RISING seems to be peaking at the right time and is worth a look underneath.
