Best Bet - (1) MILLIES MILLION - Race 1
Spot Play - (2) TRIDENT SEELSTER – Race 10
20-Cent Pick 5 – Race 1 – 1/1,2,7/1,4,8/1,6/1,3,7 = $10.80
20-Cent Early Pick 4 – Race 3 – 1,4,8/1,6/1,3,7/6,9 = $7.20
20-Cent Late Pick 4 - Race 8 – 1,3/1,3,9/2/1,4,5,7,8 = $6.00

Race 1 —  (1) MILLIES MILLION was a dominant force on the Miami Fair circuit in Manitoba.  The Jodie Cullen trainee gets Lasix for the second time tonight, and if she is anywhere close to as good as she was on Saturday, lookout.  (5) DEJA VU SEELSTER faces easier this week coming in from Mohawk Park.  She gets Lasix for the first time.  (7) KEEP WATCHING could sneak onto the ticket.  She has drawn outside over the past five starts, but her closing kick is hard to ignore.

Race 2 —  (2) CHEATALOTPOV didn’t get the best trip last week; but adding Lasix for the second time this week, he looks to drop and pop.  (1) WISHYOUDTELLME has finished second in two straight starts at Grand River before coming here.  He is versatile and should be tough from the rail.  (7) MAGICS WIZARD will be rolling late as the closer of the field.  He isn't one to leave off the ticket.

Race 3 —  The draw wasn't kind to him, but (8) OUTLAW GUNPOWDER is my play to kick off the $2500 Guaranteed Pick-4.  He closed gamely from off the pace last week to win by a neck; this class seems to suit him well.  (4) EVASIVE CARD SHARK struggled last week at Mohawk Park; he returns to the site of his last victory here tonight.  He has speed and should be close to the pace.  (1) JOLTED has done good things since coming in from Rideau.  He gets another inside draw and should make the exotics.

Race 4 —  (6) DONOGHUE SEELSTER has won two straight by a combined 7-1/4 lengths.  The son of Shadow Play has speed and has yet to miss the board in his young career.  (1) WYLDWOOD BEACH struggled in his first two starts at Mohawk Park.  He faces easier tonight and looks to improve.  (3) SUEMACKS ANGEL qualified well in preparation for his first career start.  He draws well and figures to be a part of the ticket.

Race 5 —  (1) THE SPORTSMAN gets some much-needed post relief tonight.  He has the ability to leave and should be a threat with the inside draw.  (7) SAULSBROOK GENESIS made his first career start a winning one. The son of Sunshine Beach has speed, but the biggest question will be if he can overcome post seven.  (3) COUNTRY BOY TOUGH was parked the mile in last week’s Prospect Series Final at Grand River.  Look for him to get a better trip against easier company.

Race 6 —  Earning just over $100,000 through his young career, (6) MAJOR MAKOVER looks like the obvious play here.  The son of Art Major takes a drop in class after a tough trip last week at Mohawk Park.  He gets over a half-mile track well and figures to improve tonight.  (9) BETTOR HALF has only missed the board a handful of times this season.  He will be able to follow inside speed and should get into a good position early.  (1) KINGS JESTER has won two straight since returning to Flamboro and adding Lasix. The inside draw makes him dangerous.  (8) FIRST GLANCE has a lot of speed; the question will be how much will he be leaving from post eight.  He should improve off the effort last out with the addition of Lasix for the first time.  (5) ALL CHEDDAR comes back to the half after a couple of decent efforts at Mohawk Park.  He figures to be a part of the Super Hi-5.

Race 7 —  (4) OXFORD HALL put together a decent effort last week but got a little leg weary through the stretch.  He gets another chance against easier; look for him to continue to improve tonight.  (9) FLUFF ME UP would've been my top selection had it not been for two breaks in his last six starts.  The second tier should allow him to get into a good striking spot.  (3) KUIL DEVA has been off for quite some time, but she put in a decent effort from post seven in her prep for a return to the races.

Race 8 —  (1) PROBERTS LEGACY made a move at the three-quarter pole last week before making a miscue around the last turn with broken equipment. He figures to be better from the inside tonight.  (3) JKNR LIKETELL faces much easier this week coming back to Flamboro. He is a closer and should be a part of the exotics.  (8) BLUE MOOSE draws tough tonight, but with his closing kick, he should hit the ticket at decent odds; don't leave him out.

Race 9 —  (9) PRESTIGE SEELSTER looks to drop and pop tonight after a challenging effort against Preferred company at Grand River. He has speed and has done well in the past against like company.  (1) CHIEFS BEACH drops in class tonight after a couple of decent efforts at Mohawk Park. He draws the inside and gets over the half well; he is a player.  (3) BIG MACH N gets some much-needed post relief tonight. He is a versatile gelding who can leave, but his closing kick is something you can't ignore either.

Race 10 —  (2) TRIDENT SEELSTER faces tougher this week but could strike at a price for trainer Chrislin Nother. He is a speedy gelding who has only missed the board twice this year; if he is on his game, he should handle this group.  (1) IDEAL PERCEPTION was a game second in the Gold Cup & Saucer three starts back. He has speed but can also close from off the pace if he needs to. The inside draw makes him a major player.  (3) SMOOTH LOU was the winner of the Gold Cup & Saucer in Mid-August. Since that effort, he has only won one start, and that was right here at Flamboro. He has speed and will likely be battling early.

Race 11 —  (4) BILLY BAYAMA is one of the more consistent horses in the field tonight, and he figures to improve with post relief. He has speed and will most likely be the early pace-setter.   (8) FROWNIES MIRACLE has won two straight coming into tonight. He is versatile, and I don't see post eight being an issue for him tonight.  (1) RICOTTABKIDDINME went to the front and never looked back last week. He figures to be a part of the ticket from the rail this week.  (5) HOLLYS TREASURE didn't get the best trip last week from the second tier. He has a lot of ability and shouldn't be counted out against these.  (7) JUST PLAIN NEEDY struggled from post seven last week; if he gets off the gate well, he will make the ticket at decent odds.
