Best Bet –  (2) LET'S HAVE FUN – Race 1
Spot Play  -  (2) SUZY MASCARA – Race 11
Today's Pick 4 Play (.20 cents, Races 4-7)  -  3, 4, 10 / 1, 2, 5, 9 / 2, 5, 9, 11 / 11 = $9.60
Late Pick 4 Play  (.20 cents, Races 8-11) – 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 / 5 / 4, 5, 9 / 2, 6, 9, 10 = $14.40

Race 1 – (2) LET'S HAVE FUN looks good in the opener as she finished nicely after a bit of traffic trouble at this class level two starts ago. Toss her latest against much tougher in a fast race. (7) HOLD THE APPLAUSE beat the top pick when they  met oct. 22 and she had been chasing a hot pace that day. (8) MISS BOBBIT is an unknown on the Tapeta having run on grass 9 of her 11 races but she drops in class and has had two sharp workout times on the main track recently. (5) GEORGIAN DANCER makes just her second start off the long layoff and she is from the hot Robert Tiller barn.

Race 2- (10) BIG MAMBA won 2 races with Patrick Husbands riding in the summer, won again at Fort Erie and then was eliminated when checked hard in her latest at Fort Erie. She is an ace at this distance too.(3) RINCE TAPAIGH is a tough older mare who drops sharply in class seeking her first win in a couple of seasons. The earner of over $200,000 has 10 career wins and might be able to shake out another one. (8) PIQUET is on a roll and she won at this level last time at a longer sprint distance. (9) ROSE RING is up in class after two big wins for $4,500 claiming.

Race 3 –(2) ADVOCATING is a first time starter for Michael Stidham's barn which has shipped in two winners from 6 starters recently. This Uncle Mo filly is the first foal of Canadian Champion 3-year-old Filly Leigh Court won won her debut easily at Fair Grounds. (8) YES TO MISCHIEF is 4 to 5 in the morning line odds as she just failed to hang on in her local debut Oct 18 and she is the one to catch. (3_ TWISTER ALERT was in action only 6 days ago and while she broke a bit slow again, she was closing a bit of ground. (1) TEN HATS is a half sister to graded stakes winning sprinter Something Extra and has had some good workout times.

Race 4 – (10) GIANT SONET could win her maiden off the 3 month layoff for Ivan dalos and Nick Gonzalez as she drops down several class levels. The 4-year-old was in a fast race and wide first time out and then on turf but her recent prep times have been sharp. (3) VENUS VERITY was dull in her third start of the year after two big efforts off the layoff. Give her a chance to bounce back. (4) SIMPLY A ZOOMER has been last out of the gate in recent races but a better break gives her a chance to hit the ticket. (6) QUEEN BEACH bombed at 5 to 2 last time but was better in a previous outing.

Race 5 – (1) DIAMOND ORE is a half sister to Horse of the Year Arrogate and she gets to stretch out to a route distance for her third race and that should be to her liking, She had a big workout in company on Nov. 6 in 59 4/5 for five furlongs. (2) RIGHT TO FREEDOM came to Woodbine from New York to get Lasix and ran 3rd in a stakes race won in fast time by a good stablemate. She is speedy and must try to conserve energy for for the distance. (5) RIGHT ROUND is a white-faced filly whose dam is a fulls sister to Alabama and CCA Oak winner Questing. This gal hesitated at the start of her debut on turf at Monmouth but made a nice 4 wide run to the wire. (9) LOVE IN THE AIR was along for third in her debut in a good effort.

Race 6 –Lots of interesting lightly raced and debut runners in this 2-year-old race and since I picked his stablemate and workmate who won his debut recently I have to go with (2) BOXER BRIEF, a son of a champion  2-year-old from a mare who loved to win races. (9) ARQUEBUS is a firster by leading first crop sire Reload who has 5 debut winners this year. (11) SILVER SMOKE has improved his Beyer Figures in each race and is the most logical contender in the field. (5) CRUDEN BAY is a full brother to stakes winner and debut winning filly Sav.

Race 7- This is a loaded allowance/optional sprint at 6 1/2 furlongs with several graded stakes winners in the field. (11) OLYMPIC RUNNER has had amazing runs all season without winning: a neck and a length shy of Pink Lloyd in to stakes and a good 4th in the Woodbine Mile and Nearctic. He should be able to get to the winner's circle in this race.(5) SHIRL'S SPEIGHT was all the rage after beginning his career with 2 wins including the Grade 3 Marine. He goes shorter than ever in this switch back to Tapeta. (2) MALIBU SECRET has handled himself well in the sprint stakes and can be in the exotics mix.  (6) RICHIESINTHEHOUSE is a fast stakes winner who is 12 for 17 on synthetic dirt but coming off a dull outing.

Race 8 – (6) SUNSPRITE is 2 for 3 in her young career and is quick but strong in the stretch run. She had a good workout time prepping with a tough older horse recently. (3) DEJAS TOO was second to the pick in her debut and then won a 2 turn grass maiden race and she is a good one. (7) SPEEDY LYNN comes back in 16 days after another big effort in a fast maiden race. (2) JILLI MARIE showed a lot of professionalism to win her debut in a good clocking.

Race 9 –(5) WESTERN TROUBLE needed a bit more distance last time when second and claimed by the Norm McKnight Stable. He has worked fast for his new barn. (9) HITTERS PARK has won 2 of his  3 races this year, both short turf dashes but he has won on the Tapeta. The 6 furlong distance may be his biggest hurdle. (2) O'KRATOS is not the easiest one to figure out but he is fresh, comes off a fast win and he has been sizzling in recent workouts. (6) ANALYZER has yet to come back to his big win in his season debut but he is good for a share in the purse.

Race 10 – (4) GOLEN AMI had a super debut in March in Florida for Ivan Dalos and trainer Josie Carroll. The half sister to champion Amis Gizmo and stakes winner Ami's Flatter won by 6 on dirt in fast time and while she has been absent since then, she is working in fast times for the comeback. (5) SUPER PATRIOTIC is fresh with just 3 races this year and she is consistently good, working fast but note she has 7 second-place finishes. (5) LIL'S SONG is on good form with a turf win and near miss in a main track sprint. (3) BETWIXTING has led late in a few races and been caught and now tries 6 1/2 furlongs which may be further than she likes.

Race 11 – (2) SUZY MASCARA is a BC-bred in from Hastings Racecourse and she is a 2-time winner this year with Beyer Figures in the 60s. She has never tried Tapeta but drops to the bottom claiming level and this field is within her reach. (6) DAD'S MISSY is another one landing at the bottom claiming level and she has been working fast for Steve Attard who has maintained a good winning percentage in 2020. (9) LA PAQUITA  won for $25,000 claiming earlier this year and she is back on her best surface. (10) EGYPTIAN NIGHTS is back in 9 days after an odd outing for her when she was slow early but rallied.
