Best Bet –  (4) BELIEVE IN BEAUTY – Race 10
Spot Play  -  (3) MITZI – Race 12
Pick 4 Play (.20 cents, Races 4-7)  - 3,4 ,9 /  2, 7, 8 / 2, 6 / 1, 2 4 == $10.80
Late Pick 4 Play  (.20 cents, Races 7-10) – 3, 6 /3, 4, 9 / 1, 3, 5 7/ 3 4 5 6, 9 = $24.00

Race 1 – (2) JOKERS RUN was my pick when she debuted Sept. 19 in a 5 furlong turf dash and she was a good 2nd to a well bet beginner. (4) SILVER SUNRISE, originally named Emma's Allure, is a smooth-striding quick gal who was bought in a Maryland sale this spring and she worked in 10 3/5 for one furlong. (5) DONTPUSHYOURLUCK was about a length behind the top pick in her debut. (7) LADY PETROL showed some improvement second time out.

Race 2- (5) ALL INCLUSIVE is offered for claiming for the first time since his big maiden win in June. He is quick but has to avoid a pace battle with his inside rivals if he is to win after a 6 week break. (4) BEND IN THE RIVER had a nice trip behind the speed last time bt he stalled and he shortens up half a furlong. (6) LAST AMERICAN EXIT came from miles behind and went very wide in his latest and almost caught up to win. (1) KID FORESTER finished nicely last time after he had to alter paths in the stretch run.

Race 3 – (3) SLEEK LYNX (GB) exits the Grade 1 Natalma Stakes to race against maiden 2-year-olds and she is first time with Lasix. Her mum won the Canadian International here. (1) MUNNYFOR RO is by a leading sire in 2020, Munnings, who is a high percentage juvenile and turf sire. The mare won her grass debut. (7) SHOW ME THE GOLD is an impeccably bred gal from Sam-Son Farms and her dam won a multiple stakes winner on grass. (6) ON A TOUR is from the first crop of Tourist, a top notch Grade 1 turf miler.

Race 4 –The first Pick 4 of the day begins here and (4) CURLIN'S TIGER goes for the hot stable of Katerina Vassilieva. This large filly gets blinkers and a big drop in class, returning to a main track sprint and all that can lead to a better outing. (3) CEFALO is lightly raced this year and making her second start for the Santino DiPaola barn that took its first win this week. (9) BENEVIDA is switching things up to spring on the main track and she should have some good power in the stretch run. (2) STARLIGHT RIDGE came off a 19 month layoff to win her maiden Sept. 24 in a decent clocking.

Race 5 – (2) CASH IN A FLASH was 3 to 5 in his career debut Aug. 29 but he got away sluggishly. He has had three recent workouts and moves to turf and has plenty of grass breeding. (7) OCELOT has been putting up many good workout times. He also worked 2 furlongs in 21 4/5 for a sale in Florida in July and he is strongly bred for grass. (8) RIPTIDE ROCK worked a fast 5 furlongs in 58 3/5 on a windy day Oct. 10 and he has speed and stamina in his breeding. (1) JACKMAN is by leading sire and top 2-year-old sire Munnings.

Race 6 – This is another turf race and these are 2-year-old fillies seeking their second win. (2) SUNSPRITE led late in the 2-turn Victorian Queen Stakes following a super debut win. (6) BIG BIG PLANS was a romping maiden winner on Tapeta and drops out of the Grade 1 Natalma Stakes. (3) GIZMO'S BFF won her debut at 24 to 1 with a huge rally and she has average grass breeding. (4) SILENT GUROO won her maiden on turf and she shortens up after trying the 2-turn Victorian Queen Stakes.

Race 7- (4) FABIOLLA was my pick last time when she returned to a turf sprint but she landed on the edges in a fast event. She is offered for maiden claiming for the first time and gets blinkers. (2) MARAIS debuted in April in Florida in a turf route but started slowly. That race has produced 4 next-out winners. (1) SPIDER BELLE had a super season debut Sept. 5 and the second place finisher that day came back to win big. (8) SOUPER PECAN continues to pick up shares in her maiden outings.

Race 8 – The $100,000 Glorious Song Stakes has many promising young fillies in the field including four invaders. (2) CHARLIE'S PENNY, a 7 length maiden winner on an all weather track at Arlington is a full sister to Mom's Red Lipstick, who was 2nd in this race last year and a recent route winner. (3) SOUPER SENSATIONAL had a perfect trip on her way to her debut win in a good clocking.(6) JAVANICA is a recent maiden winner on grass at Arlington at one mile and she has loads of speed to chase. (4) REINFORCED went fast on the pace to win her maiden and she moves out 1 1/2 furlongs.

Race 9 – The late Pick 4 begins in this race. (6) ABOVE ALL NAMES has been in great form on the turf recently and looks the best in this one-turn allowance/optional event. (3) TAPPITY TAPPITY finally got her 2nd win in her latest and that was on the inner turf course. (5) MARWOODS WAR is in super form with 2 wins on Tapeta and while she has not yet won on turf, she has come close. (1) RED CABERNET has had some time off and is working in fast times as she tries to get back on form.

Race 10 – (4) BELIEVE IN BEAUTY makes her 3rd start off the layoff for the Mark Casse team and she moves to Tapeta; note she won her maiden on an all weather surface last fall at Dundalk in Ireland. She comes out of a wildly fast race on turf. (3) JUMPING JILL FLASH is another Casse trainer and she has been working steadily since September. She won her maiden from off the pace in August on turf but handles the main track. (9) HAI BOBBI has some closing power and fits. (1) SPANISH BALLERINA will be the one to catch.

Race 11 – (5) SOUPER HOT is overdue to grab a win this year and it is important that he saves more power for the last furlong. He has been freshened 5 weeks and I see him running a race like he did Aug 13 when he posted an 83 Beyer Figure and stalked the pace.  (3) LOOKINATAMIRACLE fits much better this main track sprint after he has tried stakes races and turf. (1) CHECKERBOARD FLOOR was super in his second straight win last time and he battled on the pace all the way once again. (7) ENNIS THE MENACE led late in a recent turf sprint and he handles the main track.

Race 12 – My spot play of the day is (3) MITZI who had a an awful trip last time on the inner turf course. She did not corner well early and was very wide, she moved up to chase a sizzling early pace, was very wide on the last turn and still got 4th. Must have a better journey to win at 1 mile. (5) HADLEY drops to maiden claiming after she debuted in a sizzling maiden allowance. (9) SILENT BUT VIOLENT is very dangerous since she was fourth in the Victorian Queen Stakes last time. (6) VERY SAVVY chased the hot pace of that Sept. 26 race and needs to save more.
