Race 1 – (1) PRIVILEGE exits some fast races at Kawartha Downs and he has a good chance to wire these leaving from the rail tonight. (2) BETTORS VICTORY similarly exits some fast miles at Tioga Downs with a 5/8ths mile track like Georgian Downs and these two may end up fighting it out. (3) ONE MAN ARMY can sit another nice trip here and hang around for a smaller share.
Race 2 – (4) A BOY NAMED SUUZZ has drawn bad posts forever and I’ll take a stab with him as a price play in this spot. (1) DRAGON TIME is another who gets major post relief in this spot and he is likely to head to the front leaving the gate; Exacta factor. (2) ALWAYS N THE MONEY can sit a good trip and if things shake out the right way, he is another who can win here.
Race 3 - (1) CARSONS KENNEDY was an easy winner in fast time here in this class two starts back and he will be tough to beat if he stays flat this time. (2) SPORTY LORNIE always uses his good gate speed to get involved early and tonight should be no exception. (8) DAY OF HONOR looks next best but I prefer to use him underneath from out there.
Race 4 - (4) AIME HANOVER was no good at the Meadows, but if he bounces back and races to his July 10th qualifier, he will handle these. (2) SAULSBROOK HERO paced a solid mile at Woodbine last start and he is the logical alternative to the choice. (6) BIG BANG BANG closed well here to nab third last time and I see him taking another minor share here.
Race 5 - (7) BS TYRRIFIC goes for the Bossence stable off the claim here and I expect an aggressive steer and a big effort. (1) OUTLAW GUNPOWDER is classy and always dangerous at this level and he is hard to leave off Pick 4 tickets. I don’t love the outer post for (9) COOL ROCK, but he fits here and he could get a setup for his powerful late brush; using. (2) C L SPORTACTION is on a roll but these are tougher and I’ll use him underneath here, (8) TOO MUCH DUNCAN will likely pepper the pace early but I don’t see him lasting for more than a small share.
Race 6 - (4) MONEY EARNED brings a five-race win streak with her from Tioga Downs and I imagine she’ll take a sixth straight here and get claimed. (7) BETTOR MOVE OVER is in excellent form and she should offer a good price here. I’ll use her in the Exacta. (5) DREAMADREAMFORME comes off a sharp score but she loses the rail here and I see her taking a small share.
Race 7 - (9) FROWNIES MIRACLE gets the right driver to send from an outside post; call to upset. (3) ZEBS SUNSHINE is in easier here and he should get sent for position early and he is likely the one to beat. (2) DETERMINED also gets some class relief and he should be passing a few of these late in the mile.
Race 8 - (7) PREMIER JOY A finds a better spot here and Hensley is sure to put him into play early; top call. (6) CAPTAIN CASH comes off a sharp win here and he will likely be the main danger to the choice. (1) BLU CREW has been facing some tough ones at Grand River and he is in with a chance here, especially if the top two hook up early.
Race 9 - (2) ROOTIN TOOTIN didn't get involved at all at Hanover, but the winner of that race came back to beat better at Mohawk Park last night and Mackenzie should put him into this race early; price play. (4) CARSONS SHADOW comes off an excellent effort and he won't be held out of the winner's circle much longer. (1) PAPARAZZI HANOVER is always in the hunt and he is likely to at least be on the board here.
Race 10 - (2) JUST DONT WAIT brings tremendous form with him from Tioga Downs and he has shown enough speed to win this; top call. (8) NOSPORTPUNINTENDED just won in this class and you know Young will be rolling him again. He is the main threat. (1) OUTLAW STATEOFMIND got a clean line last time and he should improve sharply here; using underneath. (5) RIOT should be passing some of these again late and he is on my High-5 ticket. (4) CRAZY LUKE DUKE faces tougher here but he should beat at least a few of these and maintain his current good form.
