Race 1 – (4) LATTE SEELSTER has three wins and she competes against eight rivals with three wins combined here. Combine that with her getting post relief and she should be tough to beat. (3) IMACUTELILDOLLY exploded the tote board at Kawartha now she gets a positive driver change to Hall of Famer Brown; Exacta factor. (2) STEELY DAWN figures to get a better trip drawing inside and she has some upset potential in this spot.
Race 2 – (1) CLOVER and (5) DIAMONDS OR TWINE both figure prominently shipping in from Mohawk Park where they faced tougher. I’ll lean to the former hoping for a price. (2) SHEILAS BRUSH should sit a good trip here and make it into the Tri or Super.
Race 3 – (1) SECRETS LADY does her best work on the engine and it’s hard to imagine her coming out of the first turn not on the lead. She will be a Pick 4 single for me. (3) IN THE NEWS was 1 to 5 when facing the choice last time. She adds Lasix here and should improve but the post disadvantage could be the difference. (2) ACEFORTYFOUR PAT draws well here and she should be in the exotics mix riding a good trip most of the way.
Race 4 – (3) FIRE STORM K T dropped, popped now he faces similar and he gets the call to repeat. (2) TOP OF THE MORNING raced decently in his return and he can improve with that start under his belt and he figures to get a good trip in this spot; using. (9) FRIENDZONE was used up early from an outside post last time and he could get a much better trip this time. He’s another in with a shot.
Race 5 – (7) LYDI LULA BELLE goes for a barn that has been hot recently and she may be able to overcome the 7-hole and win at a price here. (1) GIGGLE HANOVER is 0 for 2020 but she may not get a better chance than facing this group starting from the rail; using. (3) REGAL LUCK figures to improve starting from the inside and I see her landing in the bottom of the Tri or Super.
Race 6 – (4) REGAL MAC races off the claim for a barn with a very high strike rate and he may prove hard to beat here. (2) KINGSLEY B gets a few things swinging his way this time and he should contend in this spot. (9) BARRYS SHELBY should get a good trip here and pass some tired ones late to take a share. (3) FERRARIFEVER couldn’t seal the deal last time and he is likely to get a tougher trip here; using underneath. (8) FACE OF WAR will likely get stung early this time and he may not be allowed to clear; small share predicted.
Race 7 – (3) SUNNY SICILY got bad positioning last time and a poor result but circumstances change here with a move to an inside post and she gets the nod in a contentious dash. (5) BUTTERCUP WILL brushed and crushed last time and she looks like a strong contender right back in this field. (4) ANTHEM SEELSTER exits a tough race against open company and she should improve racing with her own gender this time; using.
Race 8 – (7) SAVEMEDASPORTSPAGE should be tough to beat here despite drawing wide racing off the Bourgault claim; top call. (5) P L LIGHTNING got a soft trip on the lead last time and she parlayed it into an easy win. She may be allowed to clear here and if she does, a repeat is possible. (2) BURN MY VILLA fits well here but the break in stride last time is concerning; demand a price.
Race 9 – (5) NAKED CITY moves to a better post after going coast-to-coast on the lead from the 8-hole and he has a great chance to repeat here. (9) HARD ROCK should be closer early and that gives him a better chance this week; using. (2) MADETOBEKING made a threatening move last week which can be a hint a big effort is coming. He has upset possibilities this week.
Race 10 – (2) DRAGON WAVE made two moves before the 3/4 pole last week and he was used up by the time he reached the lane. He could wire these from an inside post. (4) MACHCELLERATOR gets Coulter for a return drive here and he could get more aggressive this time; using. (1) DURHAM TOWN hasn’t drawn this well in forever; upset chance? (3) GOUDA HANOVER has been stuck on two wins for a while but he can take a share here and land in the High-5. (7) UNCLE BEN N would be rated higher from a better post. From out there, I see him finishing on the edges.
