Best Bet – (7) EURO CLASSIC – Race 1
Spot Play – (3) PRIVILEGE – Race 3

Race 1 – (7) EURO CLASSIC takes a big class dive here and he should get sent down the road to notch his second win of the campaign. (3) MYSTERY BET is capable of better than he has been showing and perhaps retaining driver Boyd here and drawing an inside post will help him improve. (4) KEN KAN WIN should leave for position and stick around for a share.

Race 2 – (5) EMPTYTHETILL was an unlucky loser last week and the short field plays into his hand here. He can rebound in this spot. (1) ITS MACHADEMIC was in the place photo with the choice last week and he should be the main danger. (3) DRAGON WAVE exits the same race as the two above and he can take a small share in this short field.

Race 3 – (3) PRIVILEGE produced a big first up effort to beat most of these last week and he gets the call to repeat. (7) DEUCE HELIE rallied well for third finishing just behind (8) CARWINS SMORE and he gets post advantage on that rival here. Both are threats to make it onto the Triactor ticket again.

Race 4 – (2) MYSTERY PHIL was an easy winner two starts back when he raced in a similar class and he should sit the same good trip here; top call. (5) BETTOR BB is the main danger coming off a solid uncovered effort. (1) EVERY GIRLS DESIRE should track the leaders and come on late for a smaller share here.

Race 5 – (1) MACH MESSIER could get a great stalking trip here starting from the inside; call to upset. (2) IAMSAM SAMIAM also should be in a good spot stalking some expected strong fractions; Exactor factor. (3) FOUR FOR ORR’s good early speed may get canceled out by the #5 horse if they both leave as expected and that’s why I have two stalker types listed 1-2 here.

Race 6 – (3) SIR GALAHAD is on a roll and driver “Ralphie” Boyd will likely send him down the road to another win here. (1) IT’S A BIG SECRET will be in good position throughout and he may be the one to fend off late. (2) SUPERSPORT should be closing late for another slice here.

Race 7 – (9) ACEFORTYFOUR PAT has a quick leaver starting in front of her and she can double up in this spot. (4) MARZANNK HANOVER had a useful opener but she’d need to bridge 7 1/2 lengths on the choice to turn the tables here; using underneath. (8) RAMBARAN ROSE was 2nd to the choice last time but she draws worse here. I’ll use her on the bottom of Tris.

Race 8 – (4) RUSTYS FLYING had a rare loss when claimed for the 4th time in a row last week. She can bounce back here if she gets a more aggressive steer. (2) INDYWHEELBARROW cut the mile vs. the choice last time and she finished ahead of that one. She should be a threat racing from close range again. (3) DANA SALAAM is worth a look for the tri coming off her first win of the year.

Race 9 – (6) REDHOT N SPORTY drops in for a tag here and a big turnaround is expected vs. these. (4) CAMMANDER RUFF set some big splits at Rideau last time. He should be the one to catch here. (1) BET TILL DAWN’s trip should improve markedly with the move to the rail; consider for Exactor and Tri bets.

Race 10 – In a race where few typically show big gate speed, (5) PUTNAMS FIRE looks likely to clear early and if she does, that may be all it takes for her to lead these on a merry chase. (3) ROCKET GAL looks like the other leaver and these two could line up 1-2 early and race that way throughout. (6) IMACUTIEPATOOTIE showed mild late interest last time; consider for the exotics here.
