Race 1 – (3) HUGHGETTHECREDIT moves inside and he lands in a good spot to get back on track after getting a rough trip last week; top call in the opener. (2) DANZIG MOON also has a much better chance starting from an inside post and he should be an Exacta factor here. (1) FRONTIER SEELSTER should make the lead again early here, but he has had trouble closing out miles; small share predicted.
Race 2 – (3) RACEMUP paced a sub-28 second third quarter last time and he kept coming. He is sharp and I’ll give him the nod over (6) PRETTY HANDSOME, who is always the obvious choice here with his great consistency. He might get stung early here though and softened up as a result. (2) HES GOT SWAGGER should be blasting early and he could take these a long way on the engine this time.
Race 3 – (6) CONBOYVILLE raced tough on the rim and was beaten by a rival that is tougher than anything in here. He should be tough in the opening leg of this stakes series. (9) SPORTSLOVER was one stride short at London in a great effort and he could provide a late challenge to the choice here. (3) FARROS REIGN qualified well for this; consider for the exotics.
Race 4 – (3) CHEYENNE MOISHE draws well again and he is the one to catch here again; top call. (1) SIMON SAID should be no worse than 2nd after the first quarter and he could get a golden trip racing in the choice’s pocket; using. (2) DABUNKA has been popular at the claim box lately. He’s the third one I’ll use in this Pick 4.
Race 5 – (5) ST LADS BEAT IT faced much easier here and he should rebound with a big effort. (4) BETTORS PARLAY was impressive last time flying late to win and he merits a look for this Pick 4 off that form reversal. (6) SUNSHINE N SHADE is another who faces easier, but he is still in search of his maiden win and I’ll use him on the bottom here.
Race 6 – (2) MASTER SMILE took his lone win this year last time he drew inside on September 29th. I’ll give him the nod in a wide-open race. (8) CHIEF EXEC OFFICER immediately drops to the bottom claimer following a dull try after shipping west from the Maritimes. He should be heard from here. (4) ARSENAL DE CHAFRA is a six-time winner this year and his race two starts back puts him in the conversation here.
Race 7 – (4) ITS HUW YOU KNOW hasn’t hit the board in a while, but he takes a class dip here to a spot where he should be prominent from the outset. (5) ON THE SLY won in a similar class at Mohawk Park in September and he fits well here; using. (7) HONOR ABOVE ALL is capable of a good try despite the post and he can work his way into the Tri. (9) DONATO LANE drops and he is capable but post 9 may not be great for him coming off a race where he broke last time. I’ll use him underneath only. (6) BRED FOR GREATNESS can blast for position here then stick around for a slice.
Race 8 – (7) CAVIART SUNDANCE was lights out last week with Harris back in the bike and he can repeat vs. this group. (5) EAS IDEAL comes off a solid effort and that form reversal could signal that a win is coming soon; maybe tonight? (4) MAMMOTH JACK can sit a similar trip as he did last week and work his way into the Trifecta.
Race 9 – (9) KRIS ME GOODNIGHT drops and stands a good chance to pop here, the only concern being the second-tier post. (2) FLEXIE could get loose on the lead here and I’ll use her in the Pick 4. (3) PRESQUILLE rarely wins, but he should be coming late for another slice in this spot.
Race 10 – (3) AMERICAN WIGGLE raced tough here on the engine two starts back and he should be sending again now that he moves back inside; top call. (1) THE REGULATOR paced a sub-150 mile this summer so you know he has the speed to contend with these; using. (9) BUGSY MAGUIRE beat a rival that came back to win this week. Consider him when making Tri bets.
Race 11 – (2) BUCIZE ROCK should make the front leaving the gate here and that gives him an advantage in a field with little current form. (5) REGIL TIGER can improve off his comeback race and he can win this with a better trip than he got last week. (3) BETTORBETHEONE has okay form and if he leaves near the front, he may notch an upset vs. these. (6) MACHCELLERATOR has enough gate speed to land in the top four at the start here and he should hang around for a share. (9) INSPECTOR MURDOCH will likely race along the pylons throughout and finish on the edges.
