5 Things You Need to Know About Dawn Kay
You get to take over any Twitter account for one day. Which one do you choose and why?

“Probably one of the Top 10 accounts. Katy Perry, Taylor Swift… I have very little interest in either of them specifically, but it would be fascinating to see the inside of one of those accounts. Only ever used for good, of course - not evil.”

You get backstage passes to any concert and get to meet your favourite performer. Who do you go see and why?

“If I get to include souls we’ve lost, I’d say Otis Redding – every time. There is nothing an Otis Redding record can’t fix. Alternatively, Glen Hansard.”

You can sit down with any three celebrities for dinner. Who are they and what's on the menu?

“This is tough! I feel like there is a science to dinner parties. But selfishly, I’d go with Bill Murray (to keep us guessing), Michael Caine (to keep us wise) and Anna Kendrick (to keep us laughing). The menu would be a compilation of dishes from my favourite local haunts everywhere else in the world – the macaroni & cheese from Blue Smoke in New York, the Brussels sprouts from Grape Juice in Kerrville, TX… So many delicious things!”

If they named a horse after you, it would be called...(and why)?

“Some variation of ‘Little Red’ - a nickname a coworker gave me years ago as a nod to my red hair. I was always referred to as ‘Little Red’ and my older brother was always ‘Big Red.’”

You get to guest star on any reality show. Which one is it and why?

“I don’t watch reality TV enough to even know what my options are. Does Gogglebox count? It seems like a great excuse to have some friends cozy up on the couch and provide commentary on current events or other television programs.”
